Humi App FAQ
Where can a business customer get help?
Choose “Business portal, payment or Spot FX support” in the form and include the organisation name and a non-sensitive payment or transaction reference where relevant. Do not include credentials, complete bank details or identity documents. Existing business agreements and product terms continue to apply.
Who can use the Humi App?
The first release is intended for eligible individuals aged 18 or older who Humi can lawfully serve. Availability, identity checks and transaction access are not guaranteed by downloading the App.
Why do I need identity verification?
Humi verifies identity and may ask about a transfer or source of funds to meet legal, partner, fraud-prevention and financial-crime controls. The current App uses document information and Humi human review. It does not use a third-party face-recognition SDK.
How are fees and exchange rates shown?
Before confirmation, the App shows the AUD amount, Humi service fee, exchange rate and expected CNY amount. A quote expires after the time shown. See Fees, Rates and Transfer Information.
When will a transfer arrive?
Status and any estimate appear in the App. Timing can change because of funding, compliance review, recipient details, banks, payout partners, cut-off times and public holidays. An estimate is not a guarantee.
Can I cancel or recover a transfer?
Contact Humi immediately. We will try to stop or recover a transfer when operationally possible, but cannot guarantee recovery after funds have been paid or irrevocably sent to a bank or payout partner.
How do I delete my account?
You can start deletion from the Humi App settings or use the public Account Deletion page without reinstalling the App. Identity verification may be required, and legally required KYC and transaction records may be retained.
How do I make a complaint?
Select “Formal complaint or dispute” above, email compliance@humi.au, or follow the Complaints and Disputes process. Complaining is free and does not affect your right to request support.
